We started Kitchen Confit to share our experiences in the kitchen and to bring out the local flavors of the places we live. The three of us began writing in Nashville, Tennessee, though one of us has since moved to Charlotte, North Carolina. This blog is our attempt to preserve the stories we enjoy sharing with one another — successful (or not) recipes, great local ingredients, and the restaurants we discover. J,
You ladies have done a wonderful-mouthwatering job. This is a great website–I’m going to try the chicken dish today!
I’m also recommending this site to some other foodie friends of mine.
Love to H and JC.

J, you have the best taste of anyone I know (well, H is up there too, of course). I couldn’t trust anyone’s opinion more than yours, so I can’t wait to try some recipes out!

Pleased to make your acquaintance S.
Can’t wait to try some of your recipes. I have a bag of nugget potatoes that was just waiting for inspiration, so I’ll start with the salt potatoes. I love any recipe that encourages me to serve with lots of butter. The pistachio cookies look wonderful, ditto the baked chicken parmesean… coffee gelato…. I’ll be sure to drop by often.

Hey S,
Let me know if you would be interested in a tea swap. I could send you a few servings of the Darjeeling Goomtee (2nd Flush) that you were interested in. Just email me at: teaescapade@yahoo.com.

Hi S,
Took a look at your blog after you commented on Hendersonville Epicurean. Love it! Your photos are beautiful and your writing is interesting to read.
May I make a suggestion? If you haven’t heard of Foodbuzz.com, check it out. I think your blog would be a good fit for a “Featured Publisher” blog. If you decide to do that, please let them know that I referred you. My blog address is http://hendersonvilleepicurean.blogspot.com. You’ll also be able to search for other foodies in the Charlotte or other areas.
I’m also happy to find more foodies located in this area of the country AND interested in southern food.
Keep in touch-
P.S. Tried to email you this message, but it was returned.
